Processing and Shipping Times
- Standard Products: Orders for standard, non-customized products will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Customized Products: Customized or personalized items require additional time for creation and personalization. These orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping via the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Military Shipping
We are proud to support our troops and offer free shipping to U.S. military bases both within the U.S. and overseas. If you need assistance with how to properly ship to a military address or have specific questions regarding international military shipments, please contact us at sales@smithvalleyaviation.com before placing your order. We’re happy to assist with shipping details to ensure your order arrives safely.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States. This includes shipping to U.S. military bases located overseas, but we do not offer international shipping to non-military addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily monitor your package’s progress. If you don't receive tracking information or need help tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue. We recommend that you keep all packaging and take photos of any damages to help with the claim process.

- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather-related issues.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
- We do not offer international shipping to non-U.S. or non-military addresses.
